Russ von Frank, Group Facilitator. Russ is a former agency CEO and owner with over thirty years of experience in the Property/Casualty industry specializing in closely held and family businesses. Russ’s expertise includes Risk Management and consultative insurance program design. He has also been a CEO for hire working with different companies in the NY Metro area. Russ is a Certified Coach and Facilitator with COMPEL CEOs, LLC. Prior to COMPEL Ceo’s Russ worked for many years with Vistage International, Inc. based in San Diego, CA. Vistage is the World’s largest Membership Organization of CEO’s.
Jeff Stern, Group Chair, is a mentor, coach and educator working with business owners who want to grow and improve their businesses through better financial discipline, operational excellence, and growth strategies to generate lasting, repeatable success. Jeff partners with those business owners who have a passion for business and want to learn how to net more money – and more quality personal/family time – through better management, problem solving, and planning. Jeff’s career started as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte and includes a 20 year run in banking that began at Manufacturers Hanover Trust and ended 3 mergers later at JPMorgan Chase where he lead several significant strategic product launches. Jeff speaks on leadership, strategic and project management, business continuity planning and building great teams. Jeff trained as a CPA, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and an Eagle Scout and looks to partner with his teams to build business fires, fan the flames of growth, and stamp fires as needed.
Chuck Peck, Group Chair, has had a distinguished career of operating technology, education/training and financial/legal service businesses, as well as managing service industry restructurings and growing start-up businesses in the airline and hotel industries. In his early career, Chuck worked with leading brand marketers like PepsiCo, Xerox and Levi’s. Chuck has been the Chief Executive Officer of two global publicly-traded companies; President and SVP of two private equity companies and served in a Chief Operating Officer role for the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants). He will be Chairing COMPEL Groups of CEOs of $100 Million companies with over 100 employees.
Group Chair, Mitch Tobol is a marketing expert on strategies and tactics including branding, planning, blogs, websites, and social media. Mitch’s experience includes international work with the New York State Department of Economic Development Global Marketing Services Program assisting local companies to establish international distribution and representation. Mitch has taught a wide range of courses in local colleges and is also a dynamic speaker who is called upon for topics such as branding, the new marketing paradigm, blogging, social media including SEO. Mitch has been acknowledged in Long Island Business News, Who’s Who in Graphic Communications, and received the Long Island Ad Club Marketing Award
Fig Annunziato, CEO, Group Chair. As Chief Executive Officer for the past 14 years, Fig sets the standard for excellence in client service and data management solutions at ClaimFox, whose client roster includes many Fortune 500 insurance companies. Fig is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, leads new business development initiatives and oversees several national accounts.
As one of the founders of the company, Fig has had the opportunity to build a smart, industry-leading team from the ground up. She brings tremendous heart, passion and personality to her position — characteristics she believes generates quality service and positive outcomes for both clients and employees. With a sharp focus in developing technology solutions to help clients optimize their claims operation, Fig has always supported innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to grow ClaimFox.
Prior to ClaimFox, Fig was the CEO of OneSource Document Management, Inc. which was a release of information provider in the healthcare industry. OneSource was successfully sold in September 2014. Early in her career, Fig worked for the U.S. Government at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on their Strategic Issues team in Washington DC.
Fig received her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University.
Outside the office, Fig is just as active as she is inside the office. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, binging on Netflix and spending time with friends and family.
