Launched in 2000, the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business program has recognized the Island’s top women professionals for business acumen, mentoring and community involvement. The program’s honorees are selected by a judging committee and receive a unique crystal memento at the elegant dinner attended by more than 600 of the Island’s top business leaders, and represent the most influential women in business, government and the not-for-profit fields.
Dashboard NY provides profitability and CFO consulting to small businesses. Carol and her first class team of professionals work with their clients in helping them interpret their financial data on an ongoing basis as well as strategically plan for their future growth. They study the company’s operations, reporting systems and metrics. They identify the problems, provide options for improvement and together with the business owner a customized solution is created. During the implementation, procedures and programs are developed, employees are either transitioned or trained and cost centers are reviewed for profit leaks. The final phase is to set up a monitoring plan to create budget and reporting systems, cash flow management and dashboards to measure Key Performance Indicators.
