She brings tremendous heart, passion and personality to her work — characteristics she believes every future Executive needs to lead a successful company. Fig has experience in Public Administration and received her Masters Degree from Syracuse University.

Fig is just as active outside of the office as she is inside. She enjoys traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends and family. She also lives for a good cup of iced coffee, regardless of the season.
