Featuring Guest Speaker John Cremer

Meet John Cremer
John Cremer is a speaker, trainer and improviser. He speaks globally to a range of clients from startups to charities to large corporations such as HTC, Logica, VMware, Samsung, GSK, Roche, HP, AXA Wealth, Old Mutual and Bank of America.

He is the author of “Improv” and “The Art of Reading People” and the founder of the Maydays, one of the UK’s leading improvisation companies.

Play Your Cards Right

Effective business leadership begins with self-awareness and self-management. If we have the tools to get to make the best of our inner resources, we are primed for success and happiness. If we lack self-knowledge, we simply make the same mistakes on a different day.

In this session, we examine the four innate “intelligences” within a human being. If you found value in looking at different models of human vehicles in John’s “Reading People” session – then join us as we take a look under the hood to see what drives us and how we can be more efficient.

We will discover how each of us leans on one of the four ways of viewing the world, why we sometimes feel as if we speak a different language from our clients and loved ones and how we can take a more balanced approach. Expect some surprising insights and connections and quite a few laughs along the way!
